Mr. Klein and his staff added a covered porch across the front of our house, where we previously had a small uncovered stoop. We started with an idea, and Mr. Klein used his design and building skills to make it even better than what we could envision.
He was very pleasant to work with, and the process could not have gone any smoother. We will thoroughly enjoy using this porch, and it also transforms the look of the house and will enhance the resale value when the time comes.
We would certainly hire Mr. Klein again, and recommend him for anyone.

Mr Klein added a front porch to our home which only had an existing covered stoop. Mr Klein was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the whole experience. We are very satisfied and absolutely love our brand new front porch. We will definitely use Mr Klein again for any of our remodeling needs.

Bill took out what turned out to be a load-bearing wall separating our living and family room. We had a structural engineer look at the wall and give instructions on how to remove most of the wall safely, but when Bill came to do the job, he noticed that the engineer was off by several inches and it would be unsafe to continue. The project became a much bigger deal due to the engineer's mistake, but Bill did a fantastic job with it and we love the look. His team was professional, cleaned up every day, and finished the project in a timely manner. We plan on hiring him for any future projects we have and are thrilled to finally have a general contractor for our projects that we trust to do a good job.

Bill Klein is a true professional. He comes highly recommended. He focuses on the details, take commitments very seriously, and is committed to doing the right thing every time. He does a great job estimating the costs, and tries very hard to stick with that estimate. He is a craftsman at heart, and finishes the job as if he is living there. Great guy, great company.

I've been doing business with Bill for over 10 years since I moved down here from NY. We've worked together on numerous projects, a few commercial, most recently a 1/2MM expansion/renovation of my home.

Mr. Klein has completed several projects at my house, all to my complete satisfaction. He traced and fixed a roof leak over my bonus room which had eluded the professional employed by the previous owners, then repaired and painted the damaged interior ceiling and wall. When I had settling cracks appear in my 14 year old property, he traced the problem to the absence of a footing which should have been installed during construction. He installed the necessary footing, working in a four foot high crawl space to do it, then repaired the cosmetic damage in the house. He also repaired some water-damaged sub-floor in preparation for installing new carpet.
I have found Mr. Klein to be smart, honest, reliable and very reasonably priced.

Using his great experience and knowledge, Mr Bill Klein enlarged our house with a 14x16 ft Piano Studio. From foundations to finishing jobs, he was always fully involved, did most of the work himself and the result exceeds our expectations. We certainly do not regret our investment which represents a major increase of value to our house (exceeding by far our cost).

I'm impressed by how knowledgeable and experienced Mr. Klein is. We needed to move a doorway in our kitchen and get rid of old pantry. Mr. Klein and his crew helped us did the job perfectly: quickly, of high quality and accuracy (no mistakes, no issues) with attentiveness to every detail (like outlets and switches move etc) . We're very grateful and gonna work with them in the future for sure.
